Layering
The goal was to create an interesting, well designed physical piece of three dimensional typography that represented a theme of layers. The first letter, K, was produced with each layer rotated at a specific degree of rotation. Once a system was put in place, it was used to produce a piece using the letter G, but the second piece also experimented with the letter increasing in size through the layers. The final step was to photograph the final product to reflect the theme of layering.
